Schedule an appointment
We will schedule an appointment to meet with you at the property for a walk through and to evaluate any repairs or updates needed. We have purchased fixer uppers, and we have purchased houses in great condition; every property and every seller is different.
Make an offer
We can typically make an offer on the spot. With it being a ‘cash offer’ this takes away inspectors, appraisers and other loan based contingencies that can break a deal. Please keep in mind when we make an offer, we are taking into consideration the cost of any repairs or updates needed in the home and holding or reselling expenses.
No wait
You also are not waiting months for an offer and having multiple buyers in and out of your house. We will close within 30 days so long as there are no title issues with a local title company. We don’t believe in high pressure sales, we’re not going to put a time frame on our offer or tell you a bunch of malarkey just to get a deal.
Decision
Selling a house is a big decision and we want you to be comfortable during the process and discuss with any family/friends your options. We can’t buy every house; sometimes the numbers just don’t make sense for either party and if we’re not able to come to an agreement our advice is always free and maybe we can point you to a different direction.
